阪急リート投資法人(HRI)が、ムーディーズ及び格付投資情報センター（R＆I）より初の格付けを取得した。格付けはそれぞれ、A2（ムーディーズ）、A＋（R＆I）、アウトルックはいずれも安定的。両社ともに、HRIの保有物件の競争力の高さ、オリジネーターの阪急電鉄とのネットワーク力、安定的な財務方針等を高く評価する。
