阪急リート投資法人が、広島の商業施設の土地を取得することを発表した。関西圏以外での物件取得(予定)は初めて。取得する土地は、広島市東部、JR山陽本線「中野東駅」より徒歩5分に9月竣工予定のホームセンターと食品スーパーの土地。土地賃借人は、店舗を営業するコーナン商事(株)。開店より20年間の定期借地契約を締結する。阪急リート投資法人による土地所有権の取得は「ニトリ茨木北店」に続いて2件め。
