阪急リート投資法人(HRI)が、大阪府茨木市の商業施設の敷地を取得することを発表した。取得する敷地は、大阪中心部より北へ15キロ、国道171号沿いにある「ニトリ茨木北店」の敷地。土地賃借人である(株)ニトリが建物部分を所有する。HRIは、平成36年までの定期借地契約を継承する。
