阪急リート投資法人が第2期(平成18年5月期)決算を発表した。第2期は、保有物件の売上歩合賃料の増加及び敷地1件の取得に伴い、当期利益は予想を8.6%上回り、1口当たり分配金は13,579円となった。第3期(平成18年11月期)は、新たに敷地1件を取得する一方、第1期に取得した物件の固都税の費用計上に伴い、5.7%の減益、1口当たり分配金は12,800円となる見通し。
