いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、「いちご船橋ビル」を取得する。 物件は、京成本線京成船橋駅より徒歩6分に位置する、1991年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。12月末時点のテナントは22社、稼働率は100％。取得額は36.1億円。スポンサーであるいちご地所が2023年取得後、リニューアルを実施し賃料及び稼働の増加を実現しているが、更なる収益増加余地を見込む。 また自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。自己投資口取得の発表は、3回目、2期連続となる。前回発表時に、予定していた取得額25億円のうち15億円程度の取得であったため、今回は残りの10億円を活用する。 取得する投資口数は上限12,000口（発行済投資口数の0.78％）、取得総額は上限10億円。取得した投資口は2026年4月末までに消却する予定。
