いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、「いちご・みらい信金ビル」を売却する。 売却する物件は、大分市にある、1994年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。9月末のテナントは22社、稼働率は100％。 今後の収益成長余地や修繕コストを勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は17.5億円。 これに伴い第41期（2026年4月期）業績予想を修正。本物件売却益508百万円計上、更に公表済の物件入替えによる収益増減を反映し、6月に公表した業績予想に対し13.6％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取り崩す一方、101百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,283円と11.2％増となる見通し。
