いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、「いちご西本町ビル」を売却する。 売却する物件は、大阪メトロ阿波座駅より徒歩4分に位置する、1990年竣工、14階建のオフィスビル。 築35年が経過し修繕や設備更新の必要性から売却を検討していたところ、直近の鑑定価格及び簿価を大きく上回る価格で売却できる点から売却を決定した。売却額は42億円。売却先は非開示。 これに伴い第39期（2025年4月期）業績予想を修正。本物件売却益1,535百万円計上により、12月に公表した業績予想に対し39.9％増益を見込む。売却益のうち101百万円を内部留保する一方、一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,312円となる見通し。
