いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、スポンサーグループであるいちごトラストを割当先とする第三者割当増資を行う。第三者割当増資は、公募増資に比べて投資口価格の下落リスクを軽減でき、また増資コストを抑制できる見込み。 発行口数は41,567口、発行価額は5月17日終値である84,200円。発行後の投資口数は2.7％増の1,554,934口。調達額は約35億円。 併せて「いちご秋葉原イーストビル」等、オフィスビル6物件を取得する。取得額は計154.66億円。これにより公表済の物件入替え後となる10月末のポートフォリオ全体の規模は2,251億円となる予定。 これらに伴い第38期（2024年10月期）業績予想を修正。6物件の収益を反映し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し0.9％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取り崩す一方、予定していた内部留保を行わず、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,680円と0.7％増となる見通し。
