いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、「トワイシア横濱磯子」の商業区画を売却する。 物件は、JR根岸線磯子駅前に位置する、2009年竣工のマンションの低層階の商業区画。2020年に中核テナントであった銀行が退去後稼働率回復途中にあり、8月末時点の稼働率は89.7％。今後の収益性を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は16億円。 これに伴い第36期（2023年10月期）業績予想を修正。本物件売却益112百万円計上、資産運用報酬の減額等により、6月に公表した業績予想に対し5.2％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,116円と5.0％増となる見通し。
