いちごオフィスリート投資法人（IOR）の筆頭投資主であるいちごトラスト・ピーティーイー・リミテッドが、スターアジアグループが招集請求したIORの投資主総会の議案の一部に反対を表明した。 議案の一部は、執行役員と監督役員の選任の件のみ。 いちごトラストによれば、本議案の内容は投資主の多数意志が必要であり、投資主の意志に反する結果となる危険性があるみなし賛成の適用は相応しくないとする。 また発行済投資口の1％以上を6ヶ月以上保有する投資主が、議案に反対の意志を示した場合にはみなし賛成が適用されないことを指摘する。 投資主総会の開催が決定した場合、改めて本内容を通知する予定。
