いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、いちご池之端ビルを12月に売却する。 売却する物件は、台東区池之端にある、1991年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。簿価の2.1倍、鑑定価格の1.9倍の価格で売却できる点、また築30年を超え修繕工事の増加、賃料水準の見通し等を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は106億円。 これに伴い第35期（2023年4月期）業績予想を修正。上記の物件売却益4,390百万円が寄与し、6月に公表した業績予想に対し104％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取り崩す一方、売却益のうち103百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は4,098円と97.4％増となる見通し。
