いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、港区赤坂に保有するオフィスビルを売却する。 売却する物件は、地下鉄赤坂駅より徒歩1分に位置する、1988年竣工のオフィスビル。鑑定価格及び簿価を大きく上回る価格で売却できる点や、築34年経過による今後の収益性を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は17.2億円。売却先は非開示。 これにより第33期（2022年4月期）業績予想を修正。本物件の売却益938百万円計上により、12月に公表した業績予想に対し21.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,500円となる見通し。 なお、第34期（2022年10月期）業績予想の修正はなし。
