いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を行う。 本投資法人における自己投資口の取得は初めて。 コロナショック以降投資口価格が1口NAVを下回る水準で推移している現状を認識し、1口当たりNAV及び1口当たり分配金の向上を目的とし、自己投資口の取得を決定した。 取得する投資口数は上限30,000口（発行済投資口数の1.96％に相当）。取得総額は上限15億円。3月末までに取得し、第31期（2021年4月期）中に全て消却する予定。 なお、現時点において業績予想の修正はなし。
