いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、大田区にある商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、大田区大森北にある、昭和43年竣工、8階建の商業施設「いちごブルク大森」。売却先は非開示。売却額は42億円。これにより売却益9.7億円が発生する見込み。 これに伴い第25期（平成30年4月期）業績予想を修正。既に公表済の「いちご札幌南2西3ビル」及び「いちご大名バルコニー」の売却と併せ、3物件を売却する。3物件の売却益計15.86億円計上により、12月に公表した業績予想に対し56％増益を見込むが、売却益を全額内部留保する。内部留保に伴い分配金が利益の90％以下となるため、導管性要件に抵触するが、過去の物件売却損による税務上の繰越欠損金を活用する。これにより1口当たり予想分配金は1,940円と変動なし。
