いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、商業施設2物件を売却する。 2015年9月にオフィス特化型へ転換後、保有する商業施設の売却を検討している。これに伴い札幌及び福岡に保有する商業施設を売却。2物件の売却額は計18億円。売却先は非開示。これにより売却益計6.1億円を見込むが、内部留保する予定。 なお、第25期（平成30年4月期）及び第26期（平成30年10月期）の業績予想の修正はなし。
