いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、第24期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第24期は「ウィン五反田ビル」等、オフィスビル3物件を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、3物件の収益や既存物件の増収が寄与し、前期比6.9％増益。一時差異等調整積立金より160百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,930円と前期を0.4％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは85物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,969億円、有利子負債比率は47.5％。 第25期（平成30年4月期）は、既存物件の減収を見込む一方、運用報酬の減少が寄与し、前期比0.5％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より162百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,940円となる見通し。 第26期（平成30年10月期）は、既存物件の増収により、前期予想比2％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,940円となる見通し。
