いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、第25期（平成30年4月期）業績予想を修正した。オフィスビルの賃料増額が寄与し、6月に公表した業績予想に対し、2.8％増益を見込む。なお、今後バリューアップ工事に伴う資本的支出の増加を見込み、一時差異等調整積立金の毎期取崩額を従来の200百万円以上から105百万円以上に変更することとした。第25期はその経過措置として162百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,940円と変わらない見通し。 併せて第26期（平成30年10月期）業績予想を発表。賃料増額の通期寄与を反映し、前期予想比2.0％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より105百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は1.940円と、前期予想と変わらない見通し。
