いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、3物件の取得、4物件の売却を発表した。 取得する物件は、都内のオフィスビル3物件、取得額は計70.8億円。一方、売却する物件は、都内のサービスアパートメント3物件、商業施設1物件、売却額は計44.9億円。相対的にNOI利回りの高いオフィスビルを取得する一方、収益の変動が大きい物件を売却し、ポートフォリオの安定性を高める意向。 これに伴い、第24期（平成29年10月期）業績予想を修正。賃貸収益の増加が寄与し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し4.5％増益を見込む。内部留保より250百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,930円と前回予想を0.5％上回る見通し。 併せて第25期（平成30年4月期）業績予想を発表。テナント退去により営業収益が減少するが、賃貸事業費用や運用報酬の減少により、前期予想比1.1％増益を見込む。内部留保より238百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,940円と前期予想を0.5％上回る見通し
