いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、第23期（平成29年4月期）業績予想を修正した。 第23期は、11月に「いちご宇田川町ビル」を取得予定。既存物件の賃貸収益の増加が寄与し、6月に公表した業績予想に対し2.1％増益を見込む。内部留保の取崩額を減少するも、1口当たり分配金は1,910円と0.5％上回る見通し。 併せて、第24期（平成29年10月期）業績予想を発表。固都税や融資関連費用が増加するも、賃貸収益の増加が寄与し、前期予想比1.3％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金及び内部留保から349百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,920円と前期予想を0.5％上回る見通し。
