いちごオフィスリート投資法人（IRE）が、オフィスビル5棟を取得する。5棟の取得額は計83.7億円。IREは5棟を保有する合同会社への匿名組合出資を通じて5棟の優先交渉権を保有しており、今回の取得はこの優先交渉権を行使した。これに伴い、第22期（平成28年10月期）業績予想を修正。5棟の賃貸収益が寄与する一方、営業費用や融資関連費用の増加により、昨年12月に公表した業績予想に対し、4.4％減益を見込むが、内部留保から430百万円を取り崩すことにより、1口当たり分配金は1,850円と前回予想を5.1％上回る見通し。併せて第23期（平成29年4月期）を発表。営業費用や融資関連費用の減少により、前期予想比4.0％増益を見込む。内部留保から347百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,860円となる見通し。
