いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、名古屋と横浜に保有するオフィスビル2棟を売却する。1棟は、名古屋市中村区名駅にある平成13年竣工。もう1棟は、横浜市西区南幸にある昭和59年竣工。2棟ともに合併前の旧いちご不動産投資法人が平成18年に取得したもの。2棟の売却額は計19.5億円。簿価との差額は計317百万円となり売却益が発生するが、内部留保を予定するため業績予想への修正はなし。
