いちごオフィスリート投資法人が、第20期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル13棟、匿名組合出資持分2件を取得する一方、ホテル1棟を売却。また従来の総合型からオフィスビル特化型へを投資対象を変更した。賃貸収益の増加や融資手数料の減少、前期の減損損失がなくなったこと等により、前期比163％増益。内部留保より562百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が25.3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,706円と前期を6.4％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは77棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,656億円、有利子負債比率は44.0％。第21期（平成28年4月期）は、修繕費や資産運用報酬の増加等により営業利益ベースでは前期比4.7％減益を見込むが、融資手数料の減少により当期純利益は17.4％増益を見込む。内部留保より260百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,720円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成28年10月期）は、賃貸収入の増加により前期予想比5.7％増益を見込む。内部留保より200百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,760円となる見通し。
