いちごグループがホテルREITを設立へ。いちご不動産投資法人はオフィスビル特化型へ変更

いちごグループが、ホテル特化型REITを設立し上場に向けて準備を進めることを発表した。いちご不動産投資法人を運用するいちご不動産投資顧問が、ホテルREITも運用する。これに伴い利益相反を回避するため、いちご不動産投資法人の投資対象をオフィスビルへ特化し、商号をいちごオフィスリート投資法人へ変更する予定。
