いちご不動産投資法人が第19期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル及び商業施設計11棟を取得する一方、レジデンスを中心に16棟を売却。これによる賃貸収益及び物件売却益150百万円を計上する一方、融資関連費用の増加、ファルコン心斎橋の減損損失計上により、前期比50％減益。内部留保より1,107百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が10％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,603円と前期を3.6％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは65棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,233億円、有利子負債比率は43.8％。第20期（平成27年10月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル12棟を取得する一方、ファルコン心斎橋を売却。前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、物件取得による賃貸収益の増加や融資関連費用の減少等により、前期比159.5％増益を見込む。内部留保より543百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が25.3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,670円と前期を4.2％上回る見通し。
