いちご不動産投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は271,700口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し14,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は25.3％増の1,416,323口となる予定。調達額は約254億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、「いちご神宮前ビル」等都内のオフィスビル11棟と福島県郡山市のオフィスビル1棟の計12棟、取得額は計440億円。一方、大阪のホテル「ファルコン心斎橋」を売却する。売却額は28億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は33％増の1,639億円となる。これらに伴い第19期（平成27年4月期）業績予想を修正。第19期は、いちご仙台中央ビルの売却益20百万円を計上する一方、ファルコン心斎橋の減損損失299百万円計上により、前回予想比32.9％減益を見込むが、内部留保より相殺して965百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,600円と前回予想を0.6％上回る見通し。併せて第20期（平成27年10月期）業績予想を発表。上記12棟取得に伴う賃貸収益の増加、前期の減損損失がなくなること等により、前期予想比127％増益を見込む。内部留保より440百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,670円と前期予想を4.4％上回る見通し。
