いちご不動産投資法人が第18期（平成26年10月期）決算を発表した。第18期はいちご九段南ビルを売却。これによる売却益57百万円計上及びリファイナンスに伴う支払利息、融資関連費用の減少等により、前期比7.9％増益。内部留保を相殺して177百万円取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,547円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は45.2％。第19期（平成27年4月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル及び商業施設計11棟を取得する一方、レジデンス15棟を売却。これにより資産規模が1,238億円へ拡大するとともに、中規模オフィスビルを中心としたポートフォリオへ変更。物件取得による賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益118百万円計上により増収となる一方、融資関連費用の増加により前期比10.3％減益を見込む。内部留保より537百万円取り崩しにより、投資口数が10％増加するも1口当たり分配金は1,590円と前期を2.8％上回る見通し。
