いちご不動産投資法人が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、千代田区九段南にある、平成19年竣工のオフィスビル。ポートフォリオのうち最小規模の物件であり、投資基準である最低投資額5億円を下回っていたことから、売却を検討していた。売却額は4.5億円で、簿価との差額は73百万円。売却に伴う業績予想への影響はないが、売却益の一部を内部留保する予定。
