いちご不動産投資法人が第17期（平成26年4月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル2棟、商業施設2棟の取得、オフィスビル1棟の売却を行った。賃貸収益が増加する一方、売却益の減少や融資手数料の増加等により、前期比12.3％減益。内部留保より275百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が10％増加するも1口当たり分配金は1,541円と前期と同水準となった。期末の有利子負債比率は45.3％。第18期（平成26年10月期）は、前期に売却したCOI新橋ビルの賃貸収入や売却益がなくなるが、支払利息及び融資手数料の減少等により13.5％増益、内部留保より90百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,530円となる見通し。
