いちご不動産投資法人が第18期（平成26年10月期）業績予想を発表した。前期に売却するCOI新橋ビルの売却益及び賃貸収入がなくなることから、前期予想比1.3%減収となるも、リファイナンスや一部期限前返済に伴う支払利息及び融資関連費用の減少により14%増益を見込む。内部留保より90百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,530円と前期と同水準となる見通し。
