いちご不動産投資法人が第16期（平成25年10月期）決算を発表した。第16期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟取得、1棟売却を行った。解約違約金収入、物件売却益の増加、融資関連費用の減少等により前期比230%増益。投資口数が10%増加するも、55百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,537円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は48.8%。第17期（平成26年4月期）は2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、4棟取得、1棟売却を予定。物件取得による賃貸収益が増加する一方、物件売却益及び既存物件の賃貸収益の減少、融資関連費用の増加等により、12%減益を見込む。内部留保より272百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,530円となる見通し。
