いちご不動産投資法人（IRE）が投資口の追加発行を行う。IREの公募増資は2期連続となる。発行口数は85,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し8,500口。これによる発行後の総投資口数は10%増の1,026,323口となる予定。調達額は約53億円を見込み、併せて発表した4棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件はオフィスビル2棟、商業施設2棟の計4棟、取得額は計81億円。一方、港区新橋のオフィスビルを売却する。これによりIREの資産規模は1,143億円となる。また有利子負債比率は増資前の54.1%から50.5%へ低下する見込み。これらに伴い第16期（平成25年10月期）業績予想を修正した。茨木恒和ビルの売却益164百万円計上により前回予想比12.7%増益、物件売却益を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,530円と前回予想を2.7%上回る見通し。上記公募増資、物件取得及び売却が反映される第17期（平成26年4月期）は、上記4棟が寄与する一方、物件売却益が減少すること等により前期予想比12%減益、内部留保より一部取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は1,530円と前期と同水準となる見通し。
