いちご不動産投資法人が第15期（平成25年4月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、1月に実施したリファイナンスに伴い一時的に融資手数料が増加。これにより当期利益は451百万円となるが、剰余金より808百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,494円となった。第16期（平成25年10月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益の寄与及び融資手数料の減少により、前期比190%増益。投資口数が11.7%増加するが、剰余金より97百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,490円となる見通し。
