いちご不動産投資法人が第15期(平成25年4月期)業績予想を修正した。併せて公表したリファイアンスに伴い、借入先の分散化及び借入コストの低減を実施。これにより一時的に融資手数料が増加するため、従来予想比60%減益となるが、その費用を剰余金より取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,420円と従来予想を6.8%上回る見通し。
