いちご不動産投資法人（IRE）が第14期（平成24年10月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、オフィスビル1棟取得、1棟売却を実施。第15期に売却予定のCOI新潟ビルの減損処理により当期純損失526百万円。剰余金より1,695百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額1,168百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,387円となった。第15期（平成25年4月期）は、賃貸収益の減少により4.7%減収となるも、前期の減損損失がなくなることから当期純利益1,069百万円。剰余金より55百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,330円となる見通し。IRE は平成23年11月合併以降ポートフォリオの入替え、借入コストの低下により運用基盤を固めてきた。今後は更に財務を強化し外部成長へ移行し、中小規模オフィスビルのバリューアップにより収益向上を目指す意向。
