いちご不動産投資法人が新潟に保有するオフィスビルを売却する。物件は、旧いちご不動産投資法人が保有していた築47年、旧耐震のオフィスビル。8月末時点の稼働率は46.9%。売却価格は630百万円。簿価との差額は-1,181百万円となり、売却損が発生する。これに伴い第14期（平成24年10月期）業績予想を修正。営業収益の増加及び賃貸事業費用の減少により営業利益ベースで4.3%増加するが、融資関連費用の増加及び上記物件売却損計上により当期純損失590百万円となる見込み。但し、剰余金より1,717百万円を取り崩すことから、1口当たり分配金は1,330円と従来予想を5.6%上回る見通し。
