いちご不動産投資法人（IRE）が千代田区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、都営地下鉄小川町駅より徒歩1分にある平成15年竣工、11階建のオフィスビル。IREは3月に本物件を運用するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得済であり、併せて本物件の優先交渉権を取得していた。今回の取得はこの優先交渉権を行使したもの。
