いちご不動産投資法人が第13期（平成24年4月期）決算を発表した。第13期は旧いちご不動産投資法人と合併後初の決算となる。旧いちご不動産投資法人の保有資産52棟（受入価格845億円）を加え合併時の保有資産は71棟、1,190億円となった。第13期中にオフィスビル4棟売却、匿名組合出資持分取得を実施。これに伴い第13期は経常利益ベースで前期比118%増益、合併に伴う負ののれん16,562百万円より501百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額1,027百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,219円となった。第14期（平成24年10月期）はオフィスビル1棟を売却。匿名組合出資をしているオフィスビル1棟を2,130百万円で取得予定。物件売却損及び融資関連費用の減少を見込み、経常利益ベースで17%増益、内部留保より448百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額1,067百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,260円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成25年4月期）は、売却損がなくなること及び融資関連費用の減少を見込み、前期予想比79%増益、内部留保を活用せず、1口当たり分配金は1,310円となる見通し。
