いちご不動産投資法人が福岡のオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は福岡市中央区警固にある平成元年竣工のオフィスビル。旧いちご不動産投資法人が平成19年に取得したもの。4月末時点の稼働率は53.5%。売却額と簿価の差額は-196百万円となり、売却損214百万円が発生するが、剰余金を活用することから1口当たり分配金の修正はなし。
