いちご不動産投資法人（IRE）が匿名組合出資持分を取得する。出資先は、千代田区神田錦町にある平成15年竣工のオフィスビルに投資する合同会社。IREのスポンサーであるいちごグループホールディングスが主要な匿名組合出資者であり、また同グループ子会社がAMを行っている。IREの匿名組合出資割合は0.94%。これにより匿名組合の配当収入を見込むとともに、本物件の優先交渉権を得る。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成25年3月25日。
