いちご不動産投資法人（旧FCレジデンシャル投資法人）が第12期（平成23年10月期）決算を発表した。第12期における物件取得はなし。テナント退去による原状回復費収入の増加により前期比5.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,220円となった。第13期（平成24年4月期）より旧いちご不動産投資法人（8983）と合併し、資産規模が従来の4.6倍の1,079億円となった。また投資対象を従来のレジデンス中心から多用途へ投資する総合型REITへ変更。これにより経常利益ベースで前期比292%増益、当期利益は合併に伴う負ののれん16,567百万円が発生し、17,508百万円。合併に伴い投資口を7分割とし、1口当たり分配金は1,100円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成24年10月期）1口当たり分配金は1,200円となる見通し。今後は借入先の分散化や借入コスト削減を図り、財務基盤を固める方向。
