FCレジデンシャル投資法人（FCR）といちご不動産投資法人（IRE）が、合併契約を締結した。FCRが存続投資法人、IREが消滅投資法人となる。合併効力日は11月1日。合併比率はFCR：IRE＝7：3。合併時にFCRの投資口を7分割し、IREの投資口1口に対し、分割後のFCRの投資口3口を割り当てる。現在、FCRはレジデンスを主体に資産規模250億円、IREはオフィスビルを主体に資産規模1,220億円だが、合併後のFCRはオフィスビル、レジデンス、商業施設を対象とした複合型REITとなる予定。併せて、IREの現スポンサーであるいちごグループホールディングスが、FCRの資産運用会社の全株式を取得し、両資産運用会社の統合を行う予定。FCRの現スポンサーであるファンドクリエーショングループは、スポンサーから外れるが、FCRとのパイプライン契約は継続する。
