FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第11期（平成23年4月期）決算を発表した。第11期における物件取得はなし。経常利益ベースでは前期と同水準だが、前期の増資中止費用がなくなったことにより、前期比8.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,856円となった。第12期（平成23年10月期）は、賃貸事業費用の増加等により13.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,910円となる見通し。
