FCレジデンシャル投資法人(FCRI)は、エスジェイ・セキュリティーズ・エルエルシーより請求を受けた投資法人の解散を目的とする投資主総会招集に関して、筆頭投資主であるいちごアセットマネジメント・インターナショナル・ピーティーイー・リミテッド(保有投資口割合33.24%)より、解散に反対の意向及び投資主総会を開催しない依頼を受けたことを発表した。解散決議が成立しない可能性が高いことから、投資主総会を開催するか否かを、FCRIは近日中に発表する予定。
