FCレジデンシャル投資法人(FCRI)が、大口投資主であるエスジェイ・セキュリティーズ・エルエルシー(SJ)より、投資法人の解散を目的とした投資主総会の招集請求を受けた。FCRIは、今年5月にSJの申立により第三者割当増資の中止、また9月の投資主総会にて役員の交代に至った経緯がある。今回の解散請求に対し、FCRIは法的要件及び内容について検討し、対応方針を発表する予定。
