FCレジデンシャル投資法人が大口投資主の請求により投資主総会開催、役員辞任へ

FCレジデンシャル投資法人（FCRI）が、大口投資主であるエスジェイ・セキュリティーズ・エルエルシー（SJ）の請求を受け、9月16日に投資主総会を開催することを発表。FCRIは、5月にSJの申立により第三者割当増資を中止した経緯がある。さらにSJはFCRIに対し、現役員の解任及び後任役員の選任、役員報酬に関する規約一部変更を目的とする投資主総会招集を6月28日に請求していた。投資主総会の議案内容は、現役員の辞任及び後任役員の選任、役員報酬に関する規約一部変更となるが、詳細については8月に公表予定。
