FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第9期(平成22年4月期)決算を発表した。第9期はレジデンス3棟を取得し前期比2.9%増収となるも、リファイナンスに伴う支払利息及び新規借入に伴う融資手数料の増加により33%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,164円となった。第10期(平成22年10月期)は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により29%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,675円となる見通し。
