FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第三者割当増資を中止

FCレジデンシャル投資法人(FCRI）は、大口投資主による第三者割当増資の差止仮処分申請に関して、東京地方裁判所から仮処分決定の認可を受けたことから、予定していた第三者割当増資を中止することを発表した。認可決定の理由は、増資資金が投信法に定める公正な金額とは認められず、増資によりFCRIに回復できない損害が生じる恐れがあるためとする。なお、FCRIのスポンサーであるファンドクリエーションは、いちごアセットトラストを割当先とする第三者割当増資の払込を完了した。
