FCレジデンシャル投資法人(FCRI)が4月6日発表した第三者割当増資について、大口投資主であるエスジェイ・セキュリティーズ・エルエルシー(SJ)がFCRIの執行役員に対して発行行為差止仮処分を申請した。SJはFCRIの投資口23.24%を平成20年10月より保有する大口投資主。FCRIは申請の内容や今後の動向について適時開示予定としている。
