FCレジデンシャル投資法人（FCRI）がいちごアセットグループと資本業務提携することを発表。いちごアセットグループは日本株式への投資に特化した独立系投資顧問会社であり、ジャパン・オフィス投資法人のスポンサーでもある。FCRIは、いちごアセットグループと、資金調達、物件売買、役員派遣等のサポートを受ける業務提携を締結、またいちごアセットグループへ第三者割当増資を行い約50億円の出資を受ける。1口当たり発行価額は180,000円。調達資金は借入金返済に充当し、これに伴い有利子負債比率は18%程度になる見込み。また、FCRIのスポンサーであるファンドクリエーショングループも、いちごアセットグループと資本業務提携を行う。なお、FCRIはジャパン・オフィス投資法人とは投資対象が異なるため、利益相反は生じないとしている。
