FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第7期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比66%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,000円となった。第8期（平成21年10月期）は賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の増加により15%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,794円となる見通し。
